    For some reason I was unable to get any sound; however that was not a requirement of the assignment. Were the training options that you selected based on identified development needs of your school/company? What is the overall development goal(s) that your plan will address? I liked your suggestion for using a 360 degree feedback model to give stakeholders a chance for input. You make a good point that it will help employees understand what they are doing well and how they can grow.
    You mentioned several advantages of using job enlargement as a development strategy. Is there a specific company need that this strategy will address? What identified developmental need within the school/company will a mentor/mentee program address? How will you determine the progress and success of this employee development plan? What type of time table would you be looking at for implementation?
